The Genesis EDM department is a self sufficient department possessing its own CAM station, graphite mills and both sinker and wire EDM's.
In collaboration with the Engineering and CNC departments electrode selection and manufacturing runs concurrently with the design and machining phase of the tool build. This allows for a seamless transfer from the high speed mills to the EDM’s without any process delay and both sinker and wire EDM's.
