The Genesis EDM department is a self-sufficient operation, equipped with its own CAM station, graphite milling capabilities, and both sinker and wire EDMs. In close collaboration with the Engineering and CNC departments, electrode selection and manufacturing proceed concurrently with the design and machining phases of the tool build. This integrated approach enables a seamless transition from high-speed milling to EDM operations without process delays.
